to the King's P.S. remarking as in (4) and saying

that while we do not propose to make any final

arrangements at the present time for the celebration

of the centenary, we should be glad if the matter

might be laid before the King with a view to

obtaining his approval of the suggestion that the

central point of the centenary ceremonies should

be the unveiling of his statue.
